Warm, clear & playful — with an eye for your child

I’m a mum of two (8 & 5) and I know how important it is that children feel seen, understood and supported. With a background in SPH (Amsterdam) and experience in child psychiatry, autism and behaviour, I work with the competency model: we build on strengths and small wins.

I’ve worked in adult psychiatry, childcare and after-school care. For years I taught horse riding to children — I saw up close how animals boost confidence and growth. In coaching, safety, calm and playful methods are central.

Child coaching is not therapy and we do not diagnose. We work short-term and goal-oriented on skills: self-confidence, emotion regulation and social tools. Where helpful, we coordinate with parents and school.

Completely normal. We start calmly and playfully, first building connection and safety. There’s no pressure: we invite, follow interests and celebrate small wins. Motivation grows naturally.

We start with a free intake. Typically 4–8 sessions of 60 minutes. We decide the pace and number together — tailored, no fixed packages.

We do the intake with the parent(s). Sessions are usually 1-to-1 with your child. You’ll receive brief updates and practical at-home tools. Together we form one super-team.

Safe, playful activities: play, drawing, conversation and practical exercises (breathing/de-escalation, helpful thoughts, social scripts). Always tailored to your child.

Yes. We can work (partly) online or hybrid, depending on what feels right. Location: Bétera & area (Valencia).

The intake is free and without obligation. We agree on fees clearly in advance — no surprises. In some cases a (partial) reimbursement via your employer or a package is possible; we’ll happily think along.

We speak Dutch, English and Spanish. Feel free to mix whatever’s most comfortable.
